Premier Products, Ltd.  - Limited Warranty Premier Products Limited warrants the original purchaser that their products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the life of cast stainless steel products and for a period of one (1) year for all other products it manufactures from the date of purchase. The warranty is voided if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or neglect, improper installation, or service, unauthorized modifications, misapplication or other use not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials. Premier shall not be liable for loss or misuse of its products, or liable for any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the original purchaser or by any other person or firm. Premier will either replace or repair products covered under their warranty when returned  prepar and insured with proof-of-purchase date to: Premier Products, Ltd. 137 S. 8th Aveneue, #D City of Industry, CA 91746 Returns must be approved in advance by Don Rocheleau Associates, Inc. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Products Limited, disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied. This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific rights that vary from state to state or from jurisdictions to jurisdictions. Premier Products Limited, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be responsible or liable for any damagers whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or other indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of revenue or profits, or costs of removal, installations or reinstallation or any other monetary loss) arising out of the use or inability of the possibility of such damages. It is the responsibility of the boat builder or person/company installing the product to evaluate Premier Products Limited products for fitness and applicability to their specific need or use.
