How do I request a quotation?
All requests for quotation are handled by Don Rocheleau Associates (DRA). There are a number of ways to request a quotation from DRA:

  1. Download and complete our Customer Information Form making a note of the part numbers you would like quoted and then fax it to (616) 243-4157. (Customer information form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader available here
  2. Fill out and submit our online contact form, making a note of the part numbers you would like quoted.
  3. Just give DRA a call at (616) 245-6066.

How do I request samples?
All requests for samples are handled by Don Rocheleau Associates (DRA). There are a number of ways to request samples from DRA:

How do I order?

Where do I send my purchase order?
The majority of our product line has warehouse inventory for your order. Upon receipt of your P.O., we will ship within 24-48 hours. Non-inventory parts may require an initial lead time of up to 90 days.

What kind of lead-time is required?
Normally we require a 110 day lead-time for your first order to allow for production and shipment from our overseas foundry. From then we will produce and ship parts based on your usage forecast making them available for immediate shipment from one of our two warehouse locations in the United States.

Can I have my company or logo embossed on a part?
Yes, we can add your company name and/or logo to many of our parts during the casting process or by laser etching.  Just make a note of the need to add a logo when requesting a quote.

What sort of warranty is offered?

Does Premier Products offer credit terms?
Yes we do. Our terms are net 30 days from shipment. In order to be approved for credit terms you must complete and submit a customer information form and credit application. Credit approval is based on a review of credit history and reference checks. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in late fees and revocation of credit privleges.
